By accessing or using the GlyTrack website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. 1. About the Service

GlyTrack uses artificial-intelligence models and third-party data sources (including OpenAI) to generate estimated glycaemic index (GI) values and other nutritional information for meals or food items. The Service is provided solely for general informational and educational purposes.

2. Medical & Nutritional Disclaimer

The Service is not a medical device, has not been reviewed or approved by the UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) or any other regulator, and must not be relied upon to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

2.1 What this tool does not do

• Create a doctor-patient, dietitian-client, or other professional relationship.
• Provide individualised medical, nutritional, or therapeutic advice.
• Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of its estimates for your specific health needs.

2.2 Your responsibilities

• Always consult a qualified physician, registered dietitian, or other licensed health-care professional before acting on any information from this application—especially if you have diabetes, pre-diabetes, food allergies, or any condition requiring dietary management.
• Never disregard, avoid, or delay professional advice because of something you read in—or infer from—this application.
